Well Drilling & Well Related Services

Through the Well Services offering, our core services are:

  • Well drilling;

  • Submersible or jet pump installation;

  • Well-fed houses have their own electromechanical system for getting the water from the well to the house. At the heart of each system is a pump, and the most common types are jet pumps and submersible pumps.

  • Well shocking;

  • This is a process of chemical disinfection, using chlorine bleach, when there is a high bacteria count (i.e. significant amounts of coliform).
  • Extending well heads up to ministry standards;

  • Replacing well caps;

  • Ministry regulations require that a drilled well be capped with a commercially manufactured vermin-proof well cap. Modern caps have rubber gaskets and screened vents inside to prevent entry of foreign material such as vermin, insects, and decaying plant material. Caps on older wells often do not meet standards and thus need replacement.

  • Well relocation;

  • Properly terminate plug and seal - an existing well, and prepare a new well location.

  • Installation of electrical wiring from pump to well;
